Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
If you are not certain about your purchase for any reason please keep the item in the original packaging until you decide if would like to keep it or not.
All items must be unwashed and in the condition you received them in with original tags etc. to be eligible. It is ok to try on the garment, but you cannot use the garment during any sort of physical activity if you would like us to accept the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or with your credit card company again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that custom gear is not eligible for return or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
The only thing worse then wiping out is ruining your new kit. If you crash and ruin your kit within 90 days of its original purchase we will offer you a 50% discount towards the purchase of its replacement. Simply send us pics of your damaged kit, proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) and an email to email@example.com with the subject "Kit Down". Discounts will apply only to the type of item that is damaged. Crash Insurance is not available on Custom Team Gear.
